3 things needed to make 2011 your most successful year yet

With the first month of 2011 almost in the books, I think it would be a wonderful time to post the tools you will need to become a stooped success in 2011 and make this year your break out year. There are only 3 things that you need to make this your year, and start making a reality the success you dream about.

1. Unshakable Determination
You have to have a determination that it out of this world. Just like the first $1,000,000.00 you will earn, your first big success will be your hardest. You are treading into new territory. You need to have the will power to keep going, even when all the “perceived facts” point in the other direction. You will also need a why. Your “Why” is your reason for doing what you do. It is your reason to keep striving, because as long as you can conceive it, and believe it , you will achieve it .

2. Financial Responsibility
If you don’t already have your financial house in order this would be a good time to get that done. Everyone needs some savings, some good income, and to eliminate the debt in their lives.
Until you achieve at least 2 of these things your path to success will be extremely difficult. The second part to this is the ability to invest in you. It is the investments you make in yourself that will take you from Good to Great.

3. A game plan with goals
I love it when a good plan comes together! It is your planning that produces predictable results when executed properly. A good plan has good, clear concise goals within it. If you find yourself overwhelmed by your goals, break them down into different categories. I break my goals down into daily, weekly, monthly, and overall goals. The secret that the smaller goals fit into the larger one’s. These goals all should have good dates attached to them. A goal is not a good goal if it does not provide adequate time for it be achieved.

JUST DO IT – all of this is not worth the time and effort if you do not work the plan.
